Abstract
The article deals with topical issues of practical training bachelors of social and humanitarian profile: strengthening the practical component in the educational process, the economic feasibility of training of future specialists, formal approach to teaching students. In this regard, there is a need to ensure the involvement of students in the educational process, including involvement in the future professional activity. The notion “educational involvement” in special studies. Enhancing professional and educational future involvement of bachelors is possible in the conditions of implementation of the internship as a special practical training model. This article discusses the key pedagogical conditions of realization of the internship. The author offers practical learning content, describes the invariant and variant modules internship focused on the correlation of the professional competencies and labor actions of future specialists. Attention is focused on such a subject as an organization of individual psycho-pedagogical support intern.
