Abstract

The aim of work is to increase the efficiency of production of dry construction mixtures for internal and external works by optimating of their composition using different activators, fil-lers and other components. For the first time to improve the construction-technical properties of dry construction mixtures were used multicomponent astringent, superplasticizers, activating chemicals, as well as the polimers having astringent properties. The efficiency of the mechanochemical processing of mixtures components was theoretically and experimentally confirmed. The efficiency of activators of a new generation have been investigated and shown. The efficiency of mechanical activation of mixtures components was determined by using mills rotary type. On the basis of the study of modern scientific achievements in the field of technology of dry construction mixtures performed research using physico-chemical methods and the method of mathematical planning of multifactor experiment obtained a highly effective composition of mixtures for exterior coatings. On the basis of conducted research obtained dry mixtures with the use of gypsum astringent with higher physical and mechanical properties. The study of the raw stock and the demand for components of dry construction mixtures allowed to make the choise of basic materials and for the production of construction gypsum as a raw material was selected gypsum stone in the Upper Agjakend field of Geranboy region, as mineral supplements – limestone in the field of the Salakhly, that provides a low content of Fe 2 O 3 and MgO in the preparation of bright colors coating materials.
