Abstract
The article deals with the substantive and procedural aspects of the action for demolition of unauthorized constructions. It touches upon the issues of action classification, statute of limitation, the problems of determining the plaintiffs and defendants, etc. It also mentions the approaches to determining the status of unauthorized constructions in Germany and France.
