Abstract

We present a novel fault-tolerant prescribed performance control approach for fractional-order economic and supply chain systems. While faults and limitations are common in the economic realm, existing control methods for supply chains have not addressed these issues while they lack prescribed performance guarantees. To fill this gap, we propose a fault-tolerant control strategy that can ensure prescribed bounds for fractional three-echelon supply chains, even in the presence of faults and actuator failures. We provide a detailed design procedure and stability analysis, and validate our approach through simulations of supply chain control and synchronization. Our results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model.
