Abstract
Despite the low intensity of the epidemic process in hepatitis A in the Voronezh region, trends of manifestations in recent years indicate a significant change in the age structure of patients, the preservation of the main transmission paths, first of all, the implementation of the water factor, which dictates the organization and conduct not only of active measures for specific prevention of infections, but also non-specific anti-epidemic measures, the main of which are sanitary measures- hygienic measures aimed at guaranteed ensuring of good-quality drinking water to the population.
