Abstract

ABSTRACT The research on coal mining intensity provides a basis for rational coal resource extraction and mine ecological environment source protection. This study uses the 815 publications and based on CiteSpace’s visualisation software, takes the authors, institutions, and keywords as the nodes, and constructs the related knowledge graph through keyword co-occurrence and other methods. China ranks first in the world in this field; the current research mainly focuses on coal and gas protrusion, carbon dioxide emission, etc.; future research on coal mining intensity should focus on high-intensity mining, factors affecting coal mining intensity, and mining disturbance.
