This paper first studies the related concepts and theories of the long-term mechanism of marine economic development, then analyzes the status of China's marine economic development from the perspective of SWOT, and finally gives the suggestions and countermeasures to establish the long-term mechanism of marine economic development from the perspective of SWOT.
