(eds.), Current Advancements in Marine and Coastal Research for Technological and Sociological Applications. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 107, pp. 97-100. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.With the promotion and implementation of China's marine strategy, the marine economy has achieved rapid development. In addition, the rapid development of information technology, especially Internet technology, has brought new development opportunities to the Internet enterprises related to the marine industry. In order to get rid of the limitation of the existing control mode of market supervision on overseas listing of marine enterprises, VIE mode is applied by more and more marine enterprises, which further promotes the development of marine economy. However, there are still many problems and risks in the marine economy based on the VIE model, which once led to the continuous investigation of regulatory agencies. Based on this background, this paper studies and improves the response and control of marine economic financial risks under VIE (Variable Interest Entities) mode from the perspective of marine economic finance, in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of marine industry and marine economy.
