Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of a mentoring program for nursing college school students who prepare of clinical practice by applying the mentoring program. The experimental group participating in the mentoring program was 60 students. Data collected in pre and post surveys. Final Study participants were used in the analysis of 47 people. The data was analyzed by the SPSS win 20.0 program using descriptive statistics, χ2 test, t-test. Mentoring program was found to have a STAI on decrease. 45 points from 49.23 points in the pre and post-test.
