Abstract

Engagement is that subtle mix of a representative's conviction and interest in an occupation and in a business that is sufficiently solid to rouse responsibility and dedication and drive execution well beyond a set of working responsibilities. Employee engagement is relationship between an organization and its people. Representative engagement depends on the trust integrity, two way responsibility and correspondence in the middle of association and its workers and it is a methodology that expands the possibility of business achievement, profitability and wellbeing. The present study focus in measuring and identifying the factors influencing employee engagement of solar companies in Bangalore.
