A Study of Action Learning Model for Industry-academia Cooperation to Strengthen Export Competitiveness of SMEs

Abstract

중소기업의 수출경쟁력 강화를 위해 모든 대학에서 실용적인 역량강화 중심의 무역교육을 실시할 방법을 계속 찾아야 한다. 무역교육자들은 기업 교육현장에서 시작되었던 액션러닝에 주목할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업의 글로벌 역량향상과 수출경쟁력 강화를 위해 대학의 무역교육에 적용할 수 있는 산학협력 방식의 액션러닝 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 액션러닝 모델을 설계한 후에 전문가 의견과 학습자 효과성 검증을 통해 타당성을 증명하였다. 액션러닝을 실행하는 수업설계를 ADDIE(분석-설계-개발-실행-평가) 5단계로 실시하였다. 학습자들이 액션러닝에서 달성할 과제의 목표는 수출기업을 대상으로 무역마케팅의 핵심도구인 무역거래알선사이트 및 전자무역을 활용한 수출마케팅과 관련된 문제점을 분석하고 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 문제해결 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 산학협력 액션러닝의 효과성 검증은 학생들의 성찰저널을 분석하였다. 산학협력에 의한 실제적 무역실습을 통해 액션러닝 후 즉시 무역현장에 투입이 가능하도록 교육할 필요가 있다.To strengthen the export competitiveness of SMEs, it is necessary to continue to find ways to conduct trade training centered on practical capacity building at all universities. After designing the action learning model, it proved its validity through expert opinion and validity of the learner. Class design to execute action learning was conducted in 5 steps of ADDIE (analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation). The goal of the learners task in action learning is to analyze the problems related to export marketing using e-trade, a trade transaction website and electronic trade, which are key tools of trade marketing for export companies, and solve problems based on the analyzed contents. It is necessary to educate students to be able to put them into the trade field immediately after action learning through practical trade practice through industry-academia cooperation.
