Abstract
This article uses an eminently bibliographical methodology and seeks to shed light on how law theories use philosophical concepts derived from theories of the philosophy of ordinary language. Given this point, it is important to understand what the linguistic turn of events was, as well as its phases and influence on the human sciences in general, in order to understand how, through the philosophy of language, such philosophers as Kelsen, Ross and Hart have appropriated these concepts and “created” the assumptions of a new legal science. As a result, we present the influences that the theories of the Law of these authors suffered from the philosophy of the ideal and ordinary language of Wittgenstein and Austin. Keywords: Theory of Law, philosophy of ordinary language, linguistic turn.
