Abstract
The Tolerance analysis is necessary for any mechanical product since it affects the precision and functional performance of the mechanical system during assembly. Tolerance operations during product design development are aided by the integration of tolerance in CAD. Real CAD models are created with geometrical and dimensional tolerances in mind, giving them a greater resemblance to real mechanical assemblies. The focus of this research is on tolerance analysis approaches in product design and optimization tools used on various models.
