Abstract

Teacher is one of the most important factors which affects teaching and learning.This report aims to discuss the issues of teacher quality and teacher development based on a questionnaire study designed for English teachers in medical colleges and carried out in the key medical colleges of Guangdong Province.The authors find out the problems of English teachers in medical colleges according to the data and try to put forward some proposals to teacher development.
