Abstract
The article, based on the analysis of approaches to the concept of «model», proposed that we develop a predictive model of the development of the career-oriented potential of the region, consisting of 4 blocks: target, substantial, and productive management, and management of career-oriented potential of the region is possible, including through the organization of regional industrial clusters and professional orientation.
