Abstract
The reaction of Ag 2O and sulfamic acid in a 30% ammonia and 4% NaOH solution results in a silver(I) polymer, {Na[Ag(NH 2SO 3) 2]} n . The X-ray crystal structure analysis indicates that the title complex is a silver polymer through Na–O bonds forming a 3D framework. And the complex shows high cytotoxicity property to normal cells and carcinoma cells.
