Abstract
The central aim of this article is to comment and to describe the new edition of the Biblia Hebraica series, named Biblia Hebraica Quinta (BHQ) which will replace, hereafter, the well known Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia (BHS). The present paper broaches, briefly, three main aspects of the new edition: the Biblical Hebrew text, the critical apparatus and the Masorah, making noteworthy, principally, the differences between the BHS, on one side, and observing the bringing newness by BHQ, otherwise.
