Abstract
This paper describes a new subspecies of Amphidromus (Amphidromus) capistratus von Martens, 1903 from Sabah, Malaysia. A comparison with three close relatives, found conchological features that distinguish it from those species: A. (A.) mundus (Pfeiffer, 1853), A. (A.) entobaptus Dohrn, 1889 and A. (A.) similis Pilsbry, 1900.
