Abstract

The purpose of this work is to find the possibility of increasing the accuracy of assessments of the resource of automotive components, which is sufficient to plan for replacements without intermediate checks of their state. For the assessment of the full and residual resources of the components, it is proposed to move from a unified mileage parameter to individual for each component with specific parameters of the operation, and instead of the set of coefficients, which correct the operating time for all components, introduce measurable parameters of load and external working conditions, which most objectively and accurately reflect wear rates and are individual for each specific component. To calculate the full and residual resources of components according to individual parameters of the operation, load and working conditions, it is proposed to pre-perform their normalization relative to the initial (nominal) values recorded by the manufacturer’s service network at the same time with the data on resources before the operation of the vehicle. The proposed method is intended for implementation in flexible maintenance systems and software complexes for calculating the volume of spare parts.
