Abstract
Embora Eurípides tenha feito uso de elementos da Odisseia para se afastar do modelo ‘clássico” desenvolvido por Sófocles, ele explorou diferentes estratégias para engajar os espectadores de suas tragédias por meio da utilização do outro texto canônico por excelência na Atenas do século V a.C., a Ilíada.
