Abstract

AbstractUsing the results of former papers the effective concentrations of carriers, which mainly determine the dependence of the conductivity on temperature, will be found theoretically for copper phthalocyanine crystals as well as for thin films having different real structure. The relations between the trap distribution parameter Tc as a function of temperature and the assumed trap spectra agree well with experimentally determined ones.
