Abstract

The article discusses the main problems and their causes in the process of business regulation. The consequences of improper, untimely or inadequate use of existing regulatory tools by the state, as well as covert ignoring and understating the role of small business in the development and situational reanimation of the country's economy are analyzed. Taking into account the experience of the United States and Germany, in terms of state support for entrepreneurship, their own observations, recommendations were developed for taking them into account and using them in the work of state bodies that regulate and support entrepreneurship.
