Abstract
A self-supplying O2 nanosystem (Hf-MOF-MgO2/DNA) based on a DNA functionalized MOF combined with magnesium peroxide nanoparticles was constructed. This nanosystem can be used for targeted PDT with a significantly enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
