Abstract
This article sorts out the current situation of International Criminal Court investigation of situation in Ukraine, and based on latest developments, it discusses and studies the international criminal law issues involved in arrest warrant issued by Pre-Trial Chamber, mainly including court jurisdiction and its scope, connotation of alleged crime and its application in this case. This study mainly uses the method of literature research and also cites the conference rebroadcast video material on the official account. After the research, the paper summarizes the information about the status quo and makes comments on the decision of the current situation.
