Abstract
Direct RF power injection is a common method for electromagnetic immunity measurement of integrated circuits. In IEC 62132-4 Integrated circuits - Measurement of electromagnetic immunity 150 kHz to 1 GHz - Part 4: The Direct RF power injection method, the detailed requirements for power injection coupling network are given. According to this standard, the conducted interference injection device is designed in this paper, and the injection device is simulated and verified. The influence of capacitance of the coupling capacitor, wire length, the distance between probe and copper surface and the length of probe on the coupling device is studied. And finally complete the design of the whole structure.
