Abstract
The Eastern European countries, some Latin American countries, the republics of the Soviet Union, and some Arab countries have been knew a deep change shock politically, economically and socially. It has been called the third wave of democratization . At the same time, theoretical proposals to explain it, represented in the modernizing approach - the transitional approach - the structural approach - the cultural approach. Also, the western mind was the first who theorize about the recent events in our Arab region. Eastern explanations have been given with different descriptions, it employed terms such as (the Arab Spring, the Arab revolutions, the Arab uprisings, the political movement), As concepts that reflect Western perceptions.
