Abstract

The Eastern European countries, some Latin American countries, the republics of the Soviet Union, and some Arab countries have been knew a deep change shock politically, economically and socially. It has been called the third wave of democratization . At the same time, theoretical proposals to explain it, represented in the modernizing approach - the transitional approach - the structural approach - the cultural approach. Also, the western mind was the first who theorize about the recent events in our Arab region.
