A complex of technical tools and measures designed for conducting operational-search measures in the communication networks of ministeral affairs bodies

Abstract

The article discusses current issues of a holistic understanding of the system of technical means to support the functions of operational investigative measures (SORM), the possibilities of its use in various areas of operational investigative activities of the internal affairs department, as well as problems of application. The effective use of special hardware and software solutions designed to collect information from technical communication channels will greatly improve the efficiency of operational investigative activities and the detection of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies.
