Abstract

Objective To compare the effect of multi-modal analgesia between dezocine and parecoxib sodium in Uighur patients undergoing gynecological laparotomy. Methods 40 Uighur patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparotomy under general anesthesia, aged 25-55 years old,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,were randomly divided into two groups, dezocine group (group A) and parecoxib sodium group (group B).Dezocine 0.1 mg/kg and parecoxib sodium 40 mg were administered 30 min before the end of surgery respectively. The awakening time,Ramsay sedation score and brugg-rmann comfort scale (BCS) were recorded in both groups.Visual analogue scale (VAS),rescue dose of fentanyl and its side effects were recorded using double blind method. Results The VAS of group A after extubation (2.4±2.2) and 24 h postoperative (3.2±2.4) were less than that of group B [(3.9±2.0),(4.3±2.1)](P<0.05),while the BCS of group A (2.0±0.4) was higher than that in group B (1.4±0.9),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The rescue dose of fentanyl in group A [(21±42) μg] was significantly less (P<0.05) than that in group B [(47±40) μg].Conclusions The analgesia effect of dezocine 0.1 mg/kg intravenously is better than that of parecoxib sodium 40 mg for Uighur women undergoing gynecological laparotomy, especially in medium and major operation. Key words: Dezocine; Parecoxib sodium; Uighur; Postoperative analgesia
