Abstract
Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of endobronchial tuberculosis(EBTB)with different treament though fiber-bronchoscopy.Methods 76 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis have been analysed,All of cases were given treated by lavation of antituberculosis drugs through fiberbronchoscopy plus systemic antituberculosis therapy;17 cases with serious bronchistenoses were treated by balloon-dilation through fiber-bronchoscopy.Results 76 cases were classified 3 subtypes base on bronchoscopic feature:ulcer and caseous necrosis(49),fibrostenotic(25),granulatron proliferation(2).Conclusion The effect of treatment on the type of ulcer and caseous necrosis of EBTB through fiber-bronchoscopy is deffinite:It is a efective method on treating and preventing bronchistenose by balloon-dilation through fiber-bronchoscopy.
