Abstract
Earth-derived building materials are receiving increasing attention because of their low environmental impact and wide availability. The present chapter introduces the use of clay and olive fibers for the development of sustainable building materials. By-products of olive trees have been incorporated into clayey matrix with the aim of enhancing the hygrothermal performances of a final sustainable building plaster.
