Abstract
Waste management is one of the issues that currently have gained relevance. World plastic production is increasing year by year and 79% of this plastic end in landfills and in natural environments, while only 12% is incinerated and 9% recycled. Several countries have implemented a policy to increase the recycling of materials in order to conserve the use of raw materials.
