Abstract
Over the year, solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) have been proved to be a promising candidate as a source of energy in portable as well as stationary applications. To achieve better performance, the structure and design of SOFCs are important parameters that should be optimized properly. In this chapter, recent developments in the field of solid oxide fuel cell towards sustainable development have been reviewed.
