4 - Uniform material model for constructional steel

Abstract

This chapter is devoted to the uniform material behavior model adapted to low–yielding strength steel, moderate–yielding strength steel, and high–yielding strength steel under monotonic action and cyclic action. The monotonic and hysteretic stress–strain constitutive relations can be established with relying on only yielding strength of any grade of constructional steel.
