Abstract

The history of epidemic diseases is very old and the loss of millions of human lives due to these diseases is an indisputable fact. Islam is a religion, so Islam has given us complete guidance regarding the treatment and cure of diseases, diet and precautionary measures. The world is in turmoil, and if precautionary measures and expert opinions are put aside, there is a strong fear of further loss of human lives. It is very important to take precautions during epidemic diseases. The protection of human life is considered to be the most important duty in all the Shariah. In Islamic teachings, it is clearly forbidden to harm oneself and harm others. On the other hand, if we do not obey the commands that Islam has commanded us to obey and the manner in which they are commanded to be obeyed, then disobedience to Allah Almighty is obligatory and if we are told to do so. It is not acceptable to worship hut in any way. Also, if it is necessary to disobey the command of Allah Almighty in following the opinions of the experts, then these opinions are not valid. Because the acceptance of the opinions of experts depends on the submission of Islamic law. In the present situation, the importance of research on this subject is further enhanced in order to determine the status of expert opinions from a Shariah point of view. In the article under review, the status of the opinions of the experts has been clarified within the limits of Shariah.
