Abstract

Objective Comprehensive understanding of hospital epidemiological characteristics of patients with first aid. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2009 sent to hospital by ambulance pre-hospital emergency patient data, patient gender, visiting time, disease classification, prognosis and other investigation and analysis. Results During the year 2009 were 2036 cases of first aid, male to female ratio 1.73:1; 10 to 12 for the first aid peak month; every day from 7: 00 to 9: 00,19:00 to 21:00 for the first aid peak time; disease,trauma category accounted for 67.63% , severe trauma accounted for 8.74% , multiple injuries accounted for 3.49% , non-multiple injuries accounted for 5.26% , non-serious injuries accounted for 58.89% , internal diseases accounted for 23.62% , physical and chemical factors in the disease 5.45% , other women and children diseases accounted for 3.29%. multiple injuries is a major cause of death. Conclusion Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of first aid area, help in developing measures, rational distribution of resources, first aid, emergency critically ill patients to improve the success rate of first aid. Can improve the first aid quality and management level to provide a scientific basis. Key words: Patients; First aid; Epidemiology
