Abstract
The Indiana Geological and Water Survey's 2025 calendar focuses on geologists using mapping to help locate Indiana geohazards. Landslides, earthquakes, karst, mine subsidence, and coastal erosion are all geologic hazards in Indiana. IGWS geologists are responding to these dangers by creating updated maps to support informed land-use decisions. Homeowners, educators, and emergency responders can use IGWS research to identify geologic hazards and mitigate their danger. Learn about IGWS’s hazard research by visiting igws.indiana.edu/hazards.
