Abstract

Drug-related problems (DRPs) are common in primary care as well as tertiary care settings worldwide and affect patients, their families, healthcare providers, and the whole healthcare system. In order to manage the actual DRPs and prevent the potential DRPs, healthcare professionals should develop and improve their skills in order to identify the DRPs, solve the actual DRPs. This chapter aims to discuss drug-related problems and provides real cases about it.
