Abstract
This study analyzes the performances of junior representatives in Group B 12-14 years during the 11th Asian Junior Wushu Championships in the 1st International Competition Taolu. In the sideways leaning balance sideways leaning balance, it was found that minimizing the distance between the base of support of the supporting leg and the center of mass of the upper body is crucial for maintaining static balance in a stable position. During the preparatory phase of the staff form Gunshu, it is important to swiftly control the movements while maintaining a stable bow stance. In the butterfly stance, the heel of the back foot should remain firmly on the ground, while in the single kneeling stance, the center of gravity should be kept low, ensuring that weight is distributed above the calf of the back leg for better stability. To achieve a high score in the Taolu, it is essential to perform movements with speed and clarity, ensuring accuracy and proper technique. The combination of strength and power must be harmonized, with precise execution of strikes, thrusts, and cuts.
