ОЦІНКА ВІДПОВІДНОСТІ У СФЕРІ ЗАЛІЗНИЧНОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ. МОДУЛЬ СV. НЕОБХІДНІСТЬ, ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА МОЖЛИВОСТІ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

Abstract

Assessment of product compliance with the requirements of technical regulations is an important aspect of the technical regulation system of Ukraine, the legislative requirements of which, according to the Law of Ukraine On Technical Regulations and Assessment of Compliance, are aimed at protecting the life and health of people, animals and plants, protecting the environment and natural resources, ensuring energy efficiency, property protection, ensuring national security and preventing business practices that mislead the consumer (user). The action of this law is aimed at regulating relations that arise in connection with the development and adoption of technical regulations and the conformity assessment procedures provided for by them, their application in relation to products that are put into practice, placed on the market or put into operation, and in the cases specified in part according to the second Article 11 of this Law, is in use in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of a voluntary conformity assessment. The provisions of this law apply to all products available on the market of Ukraine (except for the exceptions provided by law), in particular, to railway transport. The law also regulates the compliance assessment according to certain procedures, the rules and procedure of which can be defined both in a separate document of the procedure and in a certain technical regulation. The article deals with the aspects of assessing the conformity of railway transport products in compliance with CV module. It is established that the conformity assessment according to the CV module is performed in combination with the SV module (type examination) and CH1 (conformity based on a complete quality management system and project study). The combination of the CV and CH1 modules is the most difficult one for assessment, but provides complete and objective information about the object of conformity assessment from development to the results of trial operation.
