Abstract

The subject of the study is to analyze the state and directions of human capital development in the IT industry in the interests of economic security and technological sovereignty. The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for creating favorable conditions for the work and development of IT specialists in Russia, as well as for the further development of the IT industry, attracting talented IT specialists from abroad, and creating programs to support "reverse" re-locants. The research topic is highly relevant today. The development of information technologies and the digital economy has become a global trend and caused significant changes in many sectors of the economy and society as a whole. Companies that have highly qualified and innovative specialists have a competitive advantage and are able to effectively participate in the global market. The scientific novelty of the article is as follows: the relationship between human capital, economic security, and technological sovereignty in the context of the IT industry has been analyzed. The article explores the interaction of these three factors and their impact on the development of the modern economy and society. The research methods are analysis, systematization, synthesis, induction, deduction, and modeling. The results of the sociological survey and statistical analysis of data are also used. The results of the study convincingly show the importance and peculiarities of the IT industry development, economic security, and technological sovereignty in Russia. The authors conclude that the role of digital technologies is increasing, which includes the development of mechanisms to support the export of IT services, participation in international exhibitions and conferences, as well as the development of partnerships with foreign companies in order to share technology and experience.
