Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the content of ownership of labor, its forms, and types, their real manifestation and implementation of the main features, and to attract the attention of numerous subjects of the designated processes to take the necessary regulatory measures. The object of the study is labor ownership, which functions in the main part of the Russian economy. The subject of the study is political, economic, social and labor relations between participants in social production regarding the formation of labor, its ownership and implementation. The author uses scientific abstraction, logical, historical, cause-and-effect, comparative, and dialectical methods. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in the concretization of the essence of labor ownership, the formulation of the forms and types of its manifestation, as well as its main features – permanence and flexibility. The research results include the author’s conclusions and recommendations, and the direct dependence of the manifestation of labor ownership on the forms and types of ownership of the production conditions. The significance of the article is due to its usefulness to the main part of the economy, to authorities at all levels in the course of their implementation of property policies in general and for labor in particular, as well as to various educational institutions in which students study these aspects.
