However, this doesn’t mean that have had equal chance of promotion as men do. According to the investigation done by Executive Yuen, ROC, The number of female employees have reached 4,500,000 by 2009, 47.2% of them are in the service and productive industries. 32.4% in the professional and technical industries second, but higher executive positions only have 1.9%, most of job, the female holes the post of the managers duty behind far the male. The subjects in this study were hope take security company female as object, and the study aims to explore the influence of the relationships among Personality, Gender Role, Job Performance with Female Promotion. So as to obtains the findings, hoped that can enable the female to have the development opportunity, and provides the material to the human capital unit and boss, assists reference which does is promoted The study collected date by qualitative interview. and collection material conducts the research, The object is the F securities company seven female managers, the participant age is situated between 44 year old of ~ 52 years old, the education level is above a technical college, after case visit result analysis, obtains the following conclusion: The different personality special characteristic type and the sex role combination, thought that with the relations which is promoted are not same, when wants promotes the female for the superintendent, suitably considers its different personality special characteristic type and the sex role combination, therefore like wants in the F securities company to work the achievements the most important factor which is promoted as the influence, has the personality special characteristic to control from the inside a combination opportunity to be big. But if outside controls the opportunity which B wants to strive for to be promoted, by has the feminization role to have good opportunity .
