Abstract
This study assessed the fire safety of cultural heritage sites within the Sevastopol Museum-Reserve of Heroic Defense and Liberation, identifying significant non-compliance with fire safety regulations. The underlying causes of these deficiencies were analyzed, and practical measures were developed to enhance fire safety and strengthen structural elements without compromising the sites’ protected status. Individual fire risk assessments and hazard factor analyses were conducted. The results validated the proposed improvements and demonstrated their effectiveness in achieving fire safety compliance. These findings provide practical recommendations applicable both to existing cultural heritage sites and the planning stages of new projects.
