Abstract

Today, there is an acute problem of integrating information systems into various state and civil institutions, including such a strategically important sector as education. In turn, this problem is characterized primarily by the fact that education, like all other sectors of the economy and human life, is changing under the influence of the trends of the new technological structure and the new industrial revolution, Industry 4.0. Every year there is an increasing variation in the use of innovative technologies that have become an integral part of life for us, there are technological discoveries that in the near future will be able to change the world radically. The Russian education system, like the vast majority of education systems in other countries, must adapt to the new digital era. One of the conditions for the effective growth and development of education at the state and regional level is the creation of advanced, optimized and flexible information systems. It is the state education information system that will be the necessary foundation for building a new level of education that meets the challenges and opportunities of Industry 4.0. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of state information systems, both from the point of view of the legislation of the Russian Federation, and from the point of view of the generally accepted global approach. Research methodology: analysis of reports and various works of WEF specialists, a number of domestic and foreign authors in the field of technologies and information systems that form the basis of modern and promising information systems in the field of education. As a result of the work, the author characterizes the future appearance of the education system based on his own point of view and the framework structure of “Education 4.0”, which will form the basis of future education systems, describes the fundamental role of state information systems in the new realities.
