Abstract
The purpose of the article is to analyze the fea-tures and individual issues of the history of the formation of the Don Komsomol in the 20s of the XX century. The author examines individual materials of congresses, conferences, plenums of the RKSM (RLKSM) on the construction of Komso-mol organizations in the countryside. The main directions of this work are consid-ered, among which are cultural and educational, socially useful activities, agro-propaganda, and improving the financial situation.
