Abstract

The article highlights the activities of non-governmental organizations, which are closly working with their final consumer of the services. It is noted that thanks to the flexibility of operational activity, almost all Ukrainian non-governmental organizations reacted to the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia on the territory of Ukraine reforming their activities to the primary needs of society, namely: multilateral support of the army and internally displaced persons. The dynamics and structure of financial support of the activities of non-governmental organizations of Ukraine from all sources are highlighted. It was emphasized that among all the sources of financial support of the activity of non-governmental organizations of Ukraine, charitable activity occupies the largest share, which indicates its considerable support from individuals and legal entities. In the conditions of a full-scale war with the Russian Federation the aim of the fundraising activities of Ukrainian non-governmental organizations was to activate the charitable activities of individuals and legal entities. The activities of the most wellknown Ukrainian non-governmental organizations that actively work to help the army and internally displaced persons are considered (namely: the charity fund "Return Alive", the NGO "Army SOS", the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, the Human Rights Organization "Vostok SOS", the "Voices of Children" Foundation”, volunteer organization "Mir and Co" Foundation, All-Ukrainian volunteer center "People's Project" and others). It was emphasized that these and other Ukrainian non-governmental organizations accumulate large sums of financial resources to support Ukrainian military units and internally displaced persons. It is noted that the analysis of the dependence between the compliance of the activities of non-governmental organizations of Ukraine with the primary demands of Ukrainian society and the level of their financial support in the conditions of war using economic and mathematical methods may become the subject of further scientific research.
