Abstract

The principal parameters, characterizing the structural-functional peculiarities of various tibial portions have been studied. The peculiarities of the volume parameters distribution of the hard matrix pores and water, the organic and mineral parts, their density, the general density of the bone and the mineral part mass in the samples from various surfaces of the tibia in its superior, middle and inferior thirds have been examined. The data obtained will enable to present a comprehensive characteristic of the examined bone in all its circumference and length, and to carry out further examination of their influence upon the regularities to form the morphological signs of a fracture surface of the tubular bone at the moment of its destruction (a traumatic effect) in the forensic-medical practice.
