الاستثمار الأجنبی المباشر فی الأردن وأثره على النمو فی الناتج المحلی الحقیقی ومعدلات البطالة والصادرات

Abstract

Direct Foreign Investment in Jordan and its Effect on the Growth of the Real Domestic Product and the Levels of Unemployment and Export ملخص البحث بعد ظهور ظاهرة العولمة ودخول العالم في تنافس حر وتعميق الاندماج الاقتصادي العالمي في اقتصاد كوني موحد ظهرت حاجة دول العالم إلى رؤوس أموال لدفع التنمية في اقتصادهم الضعيفة وبدأ تنافس هذه الدول في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لما فيه حل للمشاكل المتعثرة في التنمية كما أن الدول المصدرة للاستثمارات كانت مستعدة لذلك لعدة أسباب من أهمها خفض تكاليف الإنتاج والتنوع المكاني والاستغلال للثروات الطبيعية، ومن الدول التي تنافس على جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ولنفس الأسباب السابقة. لقد ركزت هذه الدراسة على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على رفع معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الحقيقي وانخفاض معدلات البطالة وزيادة الصادرات بالإضافة إلى تخفيف العجز في الميزان التجاري. من هذا المنطلق قدم الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى الأردن من دول مختلفة وخرج من الأردن استثمارات إلى دول مختلفة وذلك خــــــلال فترة الدراسة من 2005-2012 والتي تبين أن التدفق للاستثمارات إلى الأردن ما زال دون المطلوب في ضل الحوافز الكثيرة للاستثمار، كما تبين أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر كان ضعيف التأثير على كل من النمو والبطالة والصادرات مع محافظته على علاقة طردية مع كل من النمو في الناتج الحقيقي والصادرات بالإضافة إلى علاقة عكسية مع معدلات البطالة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها أن نوعية الاستثمار القادم للمملكة لم يستحدث فرص عمل كافية وان هذا الاستثمار قصد به فقط السوق المحلي فلم يؤدي إلى زيادة في الصادرات بشكل ملحوظ كما أن حجم الاستثمار لم يوثر كثيرا في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي . الكلمات الدالة: الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر- نمو الناتج المحلي الحقيقي- الصادرات- معدلات البطالة Abstract After the appearance of the phen-omenon of globalization, the world's en-tering in a free competition and dee-pening the participation in the global economy in a unified global economy, the need of the world countries to ca-pitals to push the development in their weak economy has appeared and the competition among these countries to attract the direct foreign investment has increased as it has solutions to a lot of the complex problems of development .The countries exporting to investments were ready for this for many reasons such as :reducing the costs of produc-tion, the place diversity and exploiting the natural wealth. One of the countries which compete to attract the foreign in-vestments is Jordan to the same previ-ous reasons. This study has concent-rated on the role of the direct foreign investments in raising the growth of the real local production, reducing the une-mployment rates, increasing exports,th-us reducing the shortage in the comm-ercial scales . From this attitude, the direct fo-reign investment came to Jordan from different countries and also many in-vestments have got out of Jordan to different countries through the period between 2005-2012 which shows that the flow of investments to Jordan is still unsatisfying despite the several motives to investment . It also shows that the di-rect foreign investment was of little effect on both growth rates in produ-ction and the rates of unemployment and the exports on the subordinate ch-ange (the size of the direct foreign inve-stment) the study has reached a lot of results such as :the type of investment coming to Jordan doesn't create enough work chances and this investment is only intended for the local market so it doesn't lead to the increase in exports remarkably .Also the size of investm-ents doesn't affect the increase of eco-nomic growth greatly.
