Abstract

The practice of lawyers requires continuous training throughout the entire legal practice. Associating themselves with a community of high-qualified professionals, members of the law corporation regularly improve their knowledge using modern training technologies. The study presents an analysis of the existing corporate online system of distance learning and professional training of lawyers. It is noted that the legal community independently, under the auspices of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, according to its needs, develops and implements professional training programs for members of the corporation. Attention is focused on the current state of the training platform, it is pointed out that it has a sufficient scientific and expert base, and corresponds to modern trends in the field of educational services. The advantages and disadvantages of the practice of organizing corporate interactive courses for professional training of lawyers are highlighted, specific offers and recommendations for improving the organization of webinars are formulated. It is concluded that the further development of the corporate system of training and professional development of lawyers will contribute to a qualitative improvement in the efficiency of lawyers’ work, and will allow members of the law corporation to respond flexibly to the processes of intensive changes in legislation. It is proposed to expand the areas of application of interactive technologies in other areas of the advocacy, such as organizing a system for selecting and training candidates for the status of a lawyer.
