Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of organizing a system of professional development and training of state civil servants of the Russian Federation. The validity of the influence of a comprehensive assessment on the system of professional training of state civil servants is analyzed, taking into account various factors in the development of regional economies. The issues of significance of assessing the competencies of state civil servants for the human resources potential of the region are considered. An analysis of the practice of forming and developing a system of professional training for state civil servants of the Russian Federation is carried out. Technologies and methods for optimizing the system of professional training of state civil servants are proposed.
